By accessing or using Clippzr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the Last updated date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any content you create, upload, edit, export, publish, or share through the Service. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions for any videos, audio, images, captions, text, metadata, or other content you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to Clippzr, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transcribe, analyze, edit, render, store, and deliver that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in an unauthorized manner; use the Service to harass, abuse, impersonate, defame, or harm another person; upload content that infringes third-party rights; interfere with the proper working of the Service; bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access; or use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized content.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GRIZZLY DIGITAL S.R.L. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIZZLY DIGITAL S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, unauthorized access to or use of our systems, or content processed through the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts under Romanian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund before the end of your first month of subscription.

If you have not used the Service, you may request a refund for up to the last 3 consecutive months of non-usage.

For yearly subscriptions, full refunds are only available within the first month of subscription. After the first month, partial refunds may be available only for the last consecutive fully elapsed zero-usage months, up to 3 months, prorated at 1/12 of the annual amount per eligible month.

You may process an eligible refund from your billing page after canceling your subscription. For further assistance, contact our support team.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. By using features connected to those platforms, you agree to comply with the terms, policies, developer rules, and community guidelines of each platform.

If you use Clippzr to upload or publish videos, you are responsible for titles, descriptions, privacy settings, captions, metadata, and compliance with each platform's requirements.

If you choose to link Google, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn accounts with the Service, you grant us permission to access certain account data needed to provide the connected features, such as profile information, media uploads, publishing permissions, analytics, and related data, depending on the platform and permissions you approve.

You can manage or revoke this access at any time from the relevant platform account settings, including Google Account Permissions, Instagram connected app settings, TikTok privacy or app settings, LinkedIn permitted services, or directly from Clippzr where logout or disconnect controls are available. Revoking access may limit your ability to use features that rely on those accounts.
